By accessing, browsing, or using any service provided by the platform 007games (hereinafter "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, including all supplementary policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gaming.

2.2 One account per person

Each user may hold one active account only at 007games. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or any combination of data that identifies the same individual is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of balances associated with irregular activity.

2.3 Identity Verification

007games may request documentation to verify a user's identity at any time, including a government-issued ID, driver's license, proof of address, and a selfie with your document. Verification is mandatory for full withdrawal access. The process is typically completed in under 10 minutes for legible, valid documents.

You are solely responsible for keeping your 007games login credentials confidential — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Sharing your account with third parties is not permitted and may result in suspension.

3.1 Unauthorized access

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication

007games offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. We strongly recommend enabling this extra layer of security in your account settings. Once activated, 2FA will be required at login, for withdrawals, and when updating your account details.

4.1 Accepted methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is R$ 30.00. All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet in the name of the 007games account holder – third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 007games are conducted exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). There is no currency conversion, no exchange rate, and no hidden conversion costs between deposit and withdrawal.

5.1 Methods and Timeframes

Pix withdrawals are processed within less than 60 seconds after the request, available 24 hours a day including national holidays, for verified accounts with no active bonus. TED withdrawals are processed within 2 business hours. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet held in the name of the 007games account holder.

5.2 Prior Verification

Full identity verification is required before withdrawals can be released. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completing verification are queued and processed automatically once your documents are approved. For high-value withdrawals, 007games may request additional documentation for compliance purposes, with a review period of up to 24 hours.

5.3 Rollover and Bonuses

Withdrawals requested while a bonus is active on the account are subject to the rollover requirements of that bonus. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only the real balance that exceeds the rollover requirement is available for withdrawal. Details for each bonus are available in the Promotions.

6.1 Bet Validity

6.2 Odds and Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds applied to the outcome — subsequent fluctuations do not affect already confirmed bets. 007games reserves the right to correct odds published due to obvious error (manifestly incorrect odds) before a bet is confirmed.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Bets may be cancelled and the amount returned to the account balance in the following cases: official cancellation of the event before it starts; permanent suspension of the event with no result; proven systematic error in odds generation. For events with a partial result (e.g., abandonment after the start), the rules of the sports content provider used by 007games for that sport will apply.

6.4 Cash out

The cash out feature lets you settle a bet early at the value offered by the platform at the time of the request. Cash out is available on select markets and is subject to liquidity availability at that moment. Availability of cash out is not guaranteed for all bets or at all times.

All casino games available at 007games – including slots, Live Casino with real dealers, crash games, and table games – run on software from certified providers with an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent laboratories. The RTP (return to player) for each game is displayed on that title's individual page.

7.1 Game Results

The outcome of all casino games is determined solely by the certified RNG and, in live-streamed games, by the live dealer. 007games has no technical ability to influence individual results and does not do so. 7.2 Disconnection during a game

If your connection drops during a Live Casino session or crash game, the 007games system records the state of your bet at the moment of disconnection. 8.1 Rollover

The rollover (or wagering requirement) is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 5× rollover requires R$ 500.00 in valid bets before withdrawal. The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount, not on the deposit.

8.2 Validity

Bonuses have an expiry date; if the rollover is not completed before the deadline, the bonus balance is automatically cancelled. The expiry period for each bonus is communicated at the time of the offer and in the account's promotions section.

8.3 Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are exclusively available to users making their first deposit on the platform. Recurring promotions have their own eligibility conditions, generally based on betting volume or deposit frequency in the previous week. 8.4 Contribution by game type

9.1 Player Collision

Accounts confirmed to be involved in collusion will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

9.2 Use of auxiliary software

The use of real-time assistance software (HUDs, bots, or automated decision tools) during live games is prohibited. Hand analysis tools used outside of active games are not regulated by these Terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 007games and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Creating more than one account using your own or a third party's details;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Using the account for money laundering or any other illicit activity;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or accepting money from third parties for betting purposes;
• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Making deposits followed by immediate withdrawals without placing any bets (commonly known as "bonus washing");
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to mask your location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on credit card transactions;
• Any attempt to hack, alter, or compromise the integrity of the platform.

007games reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user;
• Duplicate account detection;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the established timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months.

11.1 Balances on closed accounts

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 007games will assess the available balance on a case-by-case basis. Balances originating from legitimate deposits with no proven irregularities will be returned to the original payment method. Balances linked to irregular activity may be withheld during investigation or forfeited upon confirmation of the violation.

007games recognizes that sports betting and casino games can be harmful when played without self-control. The platform provides concrete tools to help all users keep their entertainment within healthy limits:

• Deposit limit daily, weekly, and monthly, configurable by the user in the account settings;
• Account pause temporary pause from 24 hours to 180 days, activatable immediately;
• Permanent self-exclusion, with no possibility of reactivation;
• Full history of bets and transactions available in your account;
• Links to professional support resources.

007games may discontinue or suspend any service or feature on the platform at any time, with advance notice whenever possible. In the event of a permanent shutdown, verified users' real balances will be refunded via the original payment method within up to 30 calendar days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the legislation applicable to the sports betting and online entertainment market in Brazil.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with 007games support will be submitted to the competent court in Brazil, with the express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
